About Me
Welcome:
If you’re here because you’re grieving or struggling in a relationship, I want you to know you’re not alone.
I know how painful loss can be, I ‘ve experienced it myself. Grief is heavy, messy, and often lonely. But through my own experience and my work with clients, I’ve learned that it’s also a time of deep reflection, growth, and eventually, healing, where we learn to grow around our grief.

How therapy can help:
When you’re carrying grief or feeling disconnected in your relationship, it’s natural to wonder if therapy can help. You might even feel unsure if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
What I.ve seen both personally and professionally is that being truly heard can shift everything. Therapy can offer understanding, comfort, and the space to start rebuilding.
What I’ve witnessed:
Again and again, I’ve watched clients began to breathe a little easier. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of the pain, and gently heal to find a way forward. Over time, grief softens, and relationships can grow stronger with new understanding.
I’m here to support you as you navigate your grief, loss, and the challenges in your relationship.
Individual Therapy
I work in a hospice setting, supporting individuals and families through some of the most challenging moments in their lives.
I provide support to individuals:
- facing the challenges of terminal illness,
- caregivers who are managing the complexities of supporting a loved one
- and those who are grieving the loss of someone close.
Couples Therapy
My experience of supporting both individuals and groups has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face in relationships.
Whether it’s:
- finding it hard to communicate and feeling misunderstood
- experiencing distance
- or feeling unsupported by their partners, family or friends during difficult and painful times
Relationship struggles can feel overwhelming.
However, I have had the privilege of witnessing how couples, by hearing and understanding each other’s struggles, can rebuild connection and closeness, leading to improved communication and healing.
I’ve also supported parents who have lost an adult child, where feelings of disconnection and communication breakdown often emerge as individuals cope with their own pain and grief. This can create significant challenges in relationships but being able to understand how each other feels, brings back connection helps to improve communication and understanding to be able to support one another through their grief in a more meaningful way.
Through my volunteer work supporting individuals struggling with gambling issues, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges couples face when trust is broken. I’ve seen how times of change, like overcoming an addiction, can put immense pressure on a relationship.
However, with my support, I believe couples can navigate these challenges, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond, creating a more resilient and connected partnership.
How I can Help
You may feel that your challenges are too overwhelming for anyone to understand. I want to reassure you that my experience has enabled me to provide a safe, supportive space where you can fully express yourself.
Whether you’re navigating loss, grief, or relationship difficulties, therapy can offer you or and your partner the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourselves, each other, and the dynamics within your relationship.
Therapy becomes truly effective when you can process your grief, gain new insights, and use this awareness to break unhelpful patterns, ultimately building a healthier, stronger relationship.
